Pick up for the El Gringo Salsa and Chips fundraiser orders has been scheduled for Thursday, August 12th from 5 – 6PM. The orders will be available for pick up at Andrew High School at the North Main Doors, across from the retention pond. Please make sure that your order is picked up accordingly.

The VJA Percussionists had a lesson June 28th on the taiko drums that they will use for the marching band performance. The percussionists and the instructors then posed with the taiko drums for a class photo.

Great News! El Gringo Fundraisers to begin July 6, 2010 and will continue to July 23, 2010 and will be available for pick up on August 12, 2010. Time to be announced!

We have stuff for you to print out and put on your refrigerator. First is the schedule for the Pop Drop. The Marching Band goes through hundreds of gallons of pop and water each season. Here is a schedule to help quench the band’s thirst. The kids, staff, and volunteers appreciate your contribution.
The next printout is the schedule for the Band Parents Meetings. Please print this out and come out to the meetings. They are usually quick and to the point, may contain information that is sitting in the bottom of your child’s backpack, and are great opportunities to meet the other parents. Also, check the events list to the right or click on the Calendar tab above. We try to keep these up to date.
