With band camp just a few days away I am sure your student is excited! We are all excited as well, looking forward to a week of 72 degrees and sunshine all week! Think positive! Even if it happens to be a little warmer than that there is a great pool for the kids to cool off in! It’s going to be a week of hard work, lots of fun, making friends and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
I have just a few procedural requests to make camp run as smooth as possible. I have attached a sheet with our check out procedures for Saturday after the parent show. After many years of practice, we have found these procedures work well for breaking camp and getting on our way as quickly and safely as possible so your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Also, parking is very tight at camp. We will have band Dads directing traffic in the lot to assist with parking. Again, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Finally, I would like to thank all the volunteers who have done so much to make this all happen and run smoothly, from purchasing supplies, sending emails, loading trucks, chaperoning and countless other tasks, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
